Dr Kaibin Huang of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and his former PhD student Dr You Changsheng received the IEEE Communication Society’s 2019 Asia-Pacific Outstanding Award for their paper “Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation for Mobile-Edge Computation Offloading”.
