Professor Clarence E. Choi of the Department of Civil Engineering has been awarded 2025 Telford Gold Medal - first overall by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), UK. This accolade is the highest honour bestowed by ICE that recognises the most outstanding civil engineering paper published in the past year, celebrating excellence across disciplines such as structural, environmental, geotechnical, materials, and construction management.
