Mr Xia Baolong, Vice Chairman of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, visited Tam Wing Fan Innovation Wing on April 19, 2023.
