The H.K.U. Engineering Alumni Association (H.K.U.E.A.A.) 44th Annual Dinner was held on January 11, 2020 at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. Six of the student projects sponsored by the HKUEAA Experiential Learning Fund were exhibited before the Annual Dinner to the alumni and they were impressed by the creativity and innovation of the students.
Further to the donation of student experiential learning activities, the H.K.U.E.A.A. Scholarship aims to support undergraduate students who display leadership qualities, and show interest in community affairs to participate in activities that would broaden their horizons and enhance the development of their leadership qualities. This year, the following three undergraduate students were awarded the H.K.U.E.A.A. Scholarship:
• Mr Lau Sum, BEng(EngSc), Year 2
• Mr Sofjan Benedictus Alvian, BEng(CompSc), Year 2
• Mr Wong Chun-ming, BEng(CompSc), Year 3
