Mechanical Engineering PhD students bagged 3 awards from HKU Foundation for Educational Development and Research and EMSD
Congratulations to our PhD student, Miss Kee Wah Leong of the Department of Mechanical Engineering for receiving the HKU Foundation Publication Award for Research Postgraduate Students 2023 based on the following journal article:

The Award was funded by The University of Hong Kong Foundation for Educational Development and Research to give due recognition to research postgraduate students who have published a journal article of exceptional quality in the related research study area.
Her team also received the Best Science and Technology Award and Hanson Outstanding Award from the Energy Saving Championship Scheme - Competition for Students, organized by EMSD with the project "Aqueous Al-ion batteries: a safe and sustainable energy storage solution".
