A team of HKU students is among the five teams to represent China at the 2019 Global Grand Challenges Summit (GGCS) in London this September. The students are HKU students Woo Chung-yu (BEng(CS)), Utkarsh Goel (BEng(CS)), Ahmed Abbas Alvi (BEng(ME)) and Ma Jiacheng (BSc(Acturial Science)). They were supervised by Dr Hayden So and Dr Kit Chui of the Faculty of Engineering and will be joined by two talented students from the HKUST and City U to form a unified team to represent China at the GGCS 2019 Student Competition in London in September 2019.
